[CUSTOMER SERVICE] What is your commitment to your client?
Our commitment is to build a strong, professional, positive and confidential relationship with our clients.
[BILLING] How and how often will I be billed?
Bills are generated once a month and are typically mailed out by no later than the fifth of each month. Fees are billed for each individual's time worked on a case at their hourly rate and costs are billed as described in our Engagement Contract.
[SERVICE SPECIFIC] What type of law does your firm specialize in?
We have been serving clients for 40 years in Business and Bankruptcy Law, Civil Litigation, Wills, Trusts, Probate Law and Corporate Law.
[MISCELLANEOUS] Does your firm offer a flat fee?
No, since the passage of the Bankruptcy Abuse Prevention and Consumer Protection Act of 2005, the process of preparing and filing a personal and/or business bankruptcy for many individuals and/or businesses became more complicated and time consuming. In addition, every case is unique and requires work to fit your needs. Some cases require more time and work than others, therefore, this firm WILL NOT offer a flat fee.
